Established in 2001, Design Machine is headed by Johnny Cockcroft and Pete Fairclough.

Over the years we've been graced to meet and employ some seriously talented people to round-off the perfect web-development package including creative designers, programmers, online marketing experts and business strategists.

Who are we and what do we do?

Here's an introduction to our team who'll be helping you to devise, develop, implement and support your project.

Johnny

Johnny comes from an established sales a creative background having secured and designed projects for Formula 1 Motor Racing; ITV Television; built the website and online ordering system to support the Popstars television series (you remember Hear'Say... the fastest selling single in history); Leeds United Football Club, Coronation Street and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Pete

Pete is a technical Wizard. He instills a firm backbone to the company and has developed and implemented projects for many high profile organisations including Moorhouse (British Telecom) and Aus Travel.

Carlo

Carlo is everything eCommerce, PHP, jQuery and content management related (and a dam good designer too). Recruitment websites, model agencies, classified listing websites and online application development are quite simply right up his street.

Eddy

Eddy has been a programmer and web developer for over 10 years. With an extensive knowledge of programming environments including LAMP, .NET & SQL he delivers a structural design and development architecture that requires an 'out of the box' solution that is tightly aligned with the intricacies of the commercial market.

Eddy enjoys learning new technologies and 'gets stuck in' to the most challenging of tasks. He is a highly regarded, organised and integral member of our Team.

Matt

Yes, you've guessed it - he's an Aussy, and one of the most talented developers you'll ever come across.

Talk about thinking outside of the box, Matt delivers systematic solutions for systems architecture for the most complex of projects and offers a knowledge of coding, jQuery and JavaScript that takes every website to the next level. We'll grab a mug-shot soon.

Emily

Website designer, illustrator and graphic designer. Emily designs and builds high quality, web standards compliant websites which are highly individual and creative.

She specialises in illustration based website design as well as producing custom digital illustrations and produces innovative e-newletters and is the ideal girl for brand development projects.

Sarah

Sarah's the one who keeps the back-office tight and secure.

You'll hear from Sarah regarding all things admin, invoicing and will keep you up-to-date with everything financial and contractual. She's a bit of a workaholic and that's good. It means we can all focus on what we do best.

She's a little shy so we'll sneak in a photo as soon as we can grab one.
